We are pleased to invite submitions for the AMSE 2026 Conference, which will bring together educators, researchers, clinicians, and policymakers to foster innovation and collaboration in academic medicine and health professions education.
We encourage the submission of high-quality abstracts showcasing original research, innovative teaching practices, policy insights, and interdisciplinary approaches that align with the conference themes.

- Abstract notifications: August 7, 2026

Submission Categories:
Abstracts can be submitted in the following categories:
- Oral presentations
- Poster presentations
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts should be written in English.
- Maximum length: 300 words.
- Structure: Background and Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions, Keywords (3-5).
- Clearly indicate the relevant conference theme.
- Submissions must represent original work not previously published.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign the final presentation format.
- All proposals must be made via the online form on Conftool platform and not by email.
- After submission, you can revise or update your abstract until the deadline. To make any changes, please log in to the Conftool system.
- Once the abstract is accepted, the presenting author must register for the event and deliver the presentation in person at the conference. There will be no option for online presentations.
