Arūnas Žiedelis, is an associate professor at the Institute of Psychology, Vilnius University. His research focuses on occupational health psychology. Specifically, Arūnas is interested in the determinants of student and employee well-being, especially the interaction of individual strengths and vulnerabilities with the environmental (organizational) factors. He teaches undergraduate and graduate students, and leads the Health Psychology study program at Vilnius University.
