Dr. Constance LeBlanc is President and CEO of the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada (AFMC), where she collaborates with Canada’s 19 faculties of medicine to advance national priorities in education, research, and social accountability. She is also a Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine and holds a Master of Arts in Education (Curriculum Studies), an Executive MBA in Business and Technology, and a Certified Inclusion Professional designation. Her research and scholarly work focus on equity, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and medical education, with a commitment to advancing excellence and innovation in academic medicine.
