Inga Truskauskaitė, PhD, is a psychologist and associate professor at Vilnius University’s Institute of Psychology. Her research focuses on stress and trauma, resilience, and positive mental health across the lifespan, with a particular emphasis on young people and high-stress populations. She combines clinical practice with an active international research agenda, including longitudinal studies tracking youth mental health through COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine. Dr. Truskauskaitė integrates evidence-based and body-based therapeutic approaches in her work and teaches future mental health professionals at the undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate levels.
